Package includes 1 microgreens growing kit AND a 30-minute virtual coaching session with Heather. Your coaching session will include nutritional information on microgreens in general and the varieties in the kit specifically. Heather will walk you through each item in your kit, how to fill and seed a tray, harvesting, storing and eating your homegrown microgreens. This one-on-one time will grow your confidence and set you up to grow your own microgreens successfully.
